Henley
Golf and Country Club offers state of the art audio and visual equipment to assist
in the visual impact of any presentation.
We offer four specially designed rooms to deal with your every need. The Balcony
Suite can take up to 80 delegates boardroom style, the Boardroom can seat up to
16, Beaudesert 1 can seat up to 60 boardroom, cinema, classroom style, likewise
Beaudesert 2 can seat similar numbers. If your conference requires a larger room
Beaudesert 1 and 2 can become one room, which can seat up to 150, any style. All
rooms (excluding Boardroom) offer Plasma screens, DVD/VHS facility, also all audio
equipment is available at all times.
Prices vary as to which room, which equipment is required; also which menu option
is required. We look forward to your enquiry.

This multi functional facility is a comprehensive Audio/Visual system comprising
DVD, VHS and Satellite System which includes Touch Panel and Remote Control facilities.
We have four Plasma Screens, Video Projection, Radio Microphones (hand held and
Lapel), Computer Connectivity, Lighting Controls, Lectern
The delegate rate is available for a minimum number of guests:
The Boardroom - Six Delegates
The Beaudesert Suite (Half) - 20 delegates
The Beaudesert Suite - 45 delegates
The Balcony Suite - 20 delegates
For numbers under this minimum, please ask for further information
Should you wish to make use of our excellent 18 hole or Par 3 golf courses, we
can offer delegates a special 20% discount on the daily green fee. |
